I saw a gap in the fitness industry–

 

Yoga often touches on handstands & flexibility but never dedicates enough time to truly master them.

 

My coaching approach provides structured, effective training that delivers real results derived from my gymnastics instructor degree, university-level education in exercise sports science & competition background.

 

Through private coaching (offered in person & online), group classes, workshops & retreats, I make these skills accessible to all levels. Whether you're a dancer, yogi, or complete beginner, I help you unlock new abilities in a fun, inspiring, and empowering way.

Since 2015, I’ve helped people build strength, confidence, and flexibility and unlike traditional fitness goals focused on appearance, skill-based training fosters long-term motivation, mental well-being, and sustainable progress.
